Evening Guild | October 15, 2013 | The Evolution of an Artist |
The Evolution of an Artist I have always thought that making art is like taking a journey. As we go down the road we experience new things in life and those things change who we are as people. For me, the art that I create is a reflection of those experiences. Art is a form of communication not unlike the spoken or written word. Color and imagery come together like words to tell a story. The story I tell is the story of my experience and speaks to my belief systems and experiences. We are always changing and as we change our art should change too. Let’s take a journey.
