Overview of Class:  Flora will guide you to create complex wearable-art shapes inspired by nature. You will learn how to attach fancy fabrics or yarn to the wool, how to felt beads in different shapes of settings, make the cord of a necklace and attach the segments by building and felting pieces together. She’ll discuss felting embellishments, such as beadwork and embroidery. 

Class Structure: 

Flora will provide us with a video on February 27th to guide us on felting a floral jewelry with a pendant.

We will meet with her on Saturday March 6th at 9:00 am in a 2- hour Zoom session to discuss the process and any problems or questions that came up while you were making your pieces.

The video will be available for us to work with for another week after the Zoom meeting.
